Title Keeping the ring (chapter 4 part 1)
“How about ‘Hobbits the howl dwellers?” Sam piped up
“That’s perfect.” Said the guard
“I ashore you it is safe to let then walk through your land.” Said aragorn.
“Hobbits! Is it the hobbit that is talked of most?” The sleeping guard had awoke. Then in a whisper he said “The ring bearer… Let them pas Gokluw. They are to save us from the dark lord to destroy the ruling ring of power!”
“Is it true that this this hobbit is the one bearer of the ruling ring of power?” the first guard laughed loudly “Shorly he is not strong enough to bear the ring under the eye!”
“I beg you not to speak of the ring so loudly.” Aragorn whispered through gritted teeth “And I ashore you that Frodo heir is more than capable of bearing the ring on his own!”
Frodo and San exchanged guilty glances
“So will you give us permission to pas through you land?”
“Permission granted.” The guard said huffily, and stepped away to let them pas.
